Things I need money for soon...

- Phazon Suit Samus - she ships in June, I need to take sure I have room on my credit card when I get charged for her
- IKEA wall shelves - My display case is nearly full, and I don't have enough floor space in my room for another one... I need to move out.
- Bus ticket to Toronto - For AN09! Exciting! ^^
- Spending money for AN09
- Get my hair did - Should I keep the blonde streaks or should I go back to all black?

Sooo it's been forever since I've posted, so here's something rather significant:

As of now (or within the next couple days?) I've been a vegetarian for TWO FREAKIN' YEARS!!!!

HOLY SHIT.

So today sucked royal nuts at work.

At about 2:30-3 o'clock, our system went down. Not just debit and credit- that's happened before. It comes back in about 5 minutes or so. But I mean the whole system. I mean, credit worked up to $150, and we could take cash, but we couldn't accept debit. We couldn't accept OR set up out gift cards. We couldn't make or take items off registries. We couldn't access the label system. We couldn't even search our system for SKNs or stock or what have you.

NOTHING.

When I got off my shift, things STILL weren't working. A manager had been on the phone with the IT guy the ENTIRE time trying to get things running again.

Not to mention the cashiers replacing us were late, and the lines were still nuts so I didn't get off 'til 5:20 (as opposed to 5 when I was booked to get off).

OH YEAH. And it's a PD day! All the kids were out of school! Can you IMAGINE Toys 'R' Us on a PD day? There were three cashiers, and we were all pretty much on cash the entire time.

BALLS.

So my parents are like ._.

My parents asked me to clean up the table after dinner, my mum making the comment "Yeah your brother should do it but he's already gone so yah". So why not call him up? She has no issue calling me back down to do MY chores. If she hadn't said that I probably would have done it without much of a complaint, but... My family had been getting me to do all these chores when I wasn't working BECAUSE I wasn't working. They TOLD me so. Now I have a job, and my brother doesn't. The responsibility should fall onto him, right? Its not like he does anything else. He disappears with the car and drives his friends around and uses up all the gas, and I'M the one still stuck with chores after coming home from an 8 hour shift of dealing with bitchy parents dealing with their bratty kids.

And then my dad starts going on about how many times he's come home and there's SO many dishes lying around in the kitchen that he has to clean up before he can start dinner. But what? 2 of those dishes MIGHT be mine. The other 100000000 are my brothers and his friends who devour anything in the house, and it's STILL my problem? So I told my dad that, and he yelled at me to stop making excuses.

HOW ABOUT YOU STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR YOUR SON?!

I can't wait until I can afford to move out. ><

WOO! This one shipped from Toronto, so it didn't take very long to get here (less then a week!). Though because it's from Toronto I had to pay PST and GST... but no customs, which is far worse.



I'm expecting another package at the earliest late next week with my 1/6 scale Misato figure. And then... my pre-orders start coming in. SCARY.

August will be an incredibly painful month for my wallet... at least my display case will be nice and pretty! (pretty full, that is...)
